Our team is dedicated to producing passive income and capital gains through appreciation for the company owners and investors. Capitalizing on its founder’s investment experience, the company is pursuing the acquisition of properties with 200 units or more in the B and C asset classes. Benefiting from economy of scale when investing in larger properties, it is looking to achieve superior returns by targeting value-add scenarios involving mostly cosmetic improvements to the property as well as better management through cost cutting. The team is on the path to increasing acquisition activities significantly in the years to come, taking advantage of favorable demographic changes occurring place nationwide as well as positive market forces. Vantage Capital Group is reviewing opportunities on an ongoing basis and is open to forming strategic alliances with other industry actors.
